Always in pursuit of new challenges. I like to investigate new developments in technology, lately in relation to artificial intelligence since it seems that new “brains” will help us a lot more in near future.
COMMITMENT TO INNOVATION.
Last 16 years I have been working in automotive sector, one of the leading sectors in most countries that applies developments on a daily basis, for one of the automotive packaging manufacturing groups with greatest worldwide projection: “Fabricante de contenedores FADECO”.
2004-2008. DESIGN AND TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS.
Started in 2004 as an engineer in packaging design department for automotive, wind and nuclear parts. A short time later, I was promoted to technical and quality department.
2008-2016. MERCEDES-BENZ RACK MAINTENANCE MANAGER.
In 2008, the challenge was to manage the maintenance service of the Mercedes Benz Spain racks used in its facilities in Vitoria-Gasteiz and Barcelona. Since 2011 I was considered an external consultant for the VAN / PSV / LMG department of Mercedes-Benz Vitoria. During this period new technologies such as laser tracking or artificial vision were applied to verify and correct the metal racks and welding jigs to avoid future problems in automatic robot stations.
2016-2020. ENGINEERING + R&D&i MANAGER.
The direction of the Department of Engineering and R&D&i at the global level of FADECO was the challenge I accepted at the beginning of 2016, a position that I have been performing until the crisis in 2020, caused by the Covid19 pandemic, forced the company to reduce its workforce at basic levels to survive without investment options or new developments. New improvements on measure control without interaction have been implemented during this period, but there is still work to be done in this field as it is not limited to racks or jigs.
2021-2022. CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Leading a manufacturer of agricultural machinery such as MAQUINARIA AGRICOLA AGRATOR was the challenge accepted to modernize the company with a new vision and designs. Many changes have been made and many more remain to achieve that modernization goal. We are on our way.
Live is learning and appling knowledge, so I decided this must be my life code.
